Teresa also serves as the Chief Advocacy Officer at one of the largest independent rape crisis centers in the country. Teresa has over 20 years of experience in strategic thinking, organizational development, coaching, consensus building, operations management, program development, and system advocacy. Teresa is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., graduated from Tiffin University, majoring in Criminal Justice Administration and is a certified Executive Coach specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Aziah Chavers (she/her) is a Senior Consultant specializing in business development, financial analysis, and research. Aziah is the founder and principal consultant at Dreams Emerging, LLC, which is a business consulting firm that assists aspiring entrepreneurs, current entrepreneurs, and small business owners to further their business aspirations. Aziah is dedicated to helping people realize their full potential and that they are not limited to pursuing just one dream. She has worked with start-ups in various industries such as childcare, restaurants, hair care, faith-based organizations, and nonprofits. Aziah is an advocate for women entrepreneurs and women in leadership roles. She provides expertise on how to start a business, sustain a business, and how to write a viable business plan. Aziah currently sits on two boards: Cleveland School of a Science and Medicine Board of Trustees with the position of Chair of the Alumni Committee, and the Young Professionals Board at Urban Squash Cleveland. She is a member of the Cleveland Alumni Chapter of Tennessee State University, holding the position of corresponding secretary. Aziah is a graduate of Tiffin University with a Master’s in Business Administration.
Courtney Robinson is a consultant with Inspiring Change, LLC. Courtney has extensive non-profit involvement, group facilitation, and program development experience. She is an engaging speaker that connects with audiences on a personal level. As a prevention specialist Courtney has a reputation for effectively delivering prevention and bystander training to high school and college students. She is a social justice activist that is dedicated to transformative change through the heart and head. She obtained her undergrad degree from Wayne State University.
Delaney Fello (she/her) is a consultant with Inspiring Change, LLC. She is also the founder of Resilient & Rising, LLC, which is a trauma-informed life and mindset coaching business providing one-on-one and group coaching for women looking to tap into their innate resilience, to release the traumas and conditionings of their past, and to embody their fullest potential. Delaney has extensive experience with advocacy and creating trauma-informed systems and structures. Delaney has a knack for finding gaps in service and finding innovative ways to fill those gaps with equitable solutions. As an aspiring ally herself, Delaney invites others to examine their privilege through self-introspection and encourages them to take informed and inspired action to use their privilege to elevate the voices of others
