The Executive Leadership Experience
The Rise & Lead program was created in response to a significant gap in executive leadership positions held by women of color within the fields of rape crisis, domestic violence, human trafficking, and child advocacy. Women of color are drastically underrepresented in leadership roles, primarily due to limited access to meaningful mentorship, professional development opportunities, and systemic barriers. Inspiring Change aims to address these challenges by building a pipeline of highly qualified, prepared, and empowered women of color who are ready to Rise & Lead in the State of Ohio. The program is carefully crafted to go beyond theoretical learning and immerse participants into real-world, hands-on leadership experiences. This hands-on approach facilitated by industry experts ensures that each leader understands the theory and masters the practical applications necessary to excel in their roles.
